How We Do It
Three, six or twelve-month plans, including:

In-depth ongoing coaching on job-search strategies, researching, sourcing opportunities, networking, targeting, interviewing techniques, and negotiation skills
Ongoing coaching programs in support of interpersonal, leadership and business skills
Opportunity to participate in monthly Executive Networking Roundtable meetings, specifically for executives in transition offering lead generation, career transition advice, feedback, and support, exclusive to ECRN
